4. Pets are allowed by agreement and are subject to an additional fee.

5. Reservations must be paid no later than one month before the start of the stay.

6. The accommodation must be paid for before the start of the stay.

7. Music and bands can play until 23.00.

8. The rental will be based on a registration form to be filled in on the spot before the rental starts.
